All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We currently ship to USA and Canada only.
 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

 

Silver Bullet Solvents is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed during or after shipping. All charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Damages and Lost Packages

 

Silver Bullet Solvents is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

 

Retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

We primarily use UPS / FedEx / USPS / CANADA POST for domestic and international shipments.
